Tickets and passes
     Prior to boarding on any of the public transportation vehicles of OTL RA, passengers should ensure they are in possession of a valid boarding pass (paper ticket, daily or monthly pass, ASCO pass) at the applicable price for the validity period.

   The following categories of passengers are exempted from travel fees:
• children under the age of 5 years
• war-veterans, heroes and survivors of those killed or wounded in the revolution of December 1989 - based on the special pass issued by ASCO Oradea
• all categories of Oradea residents pensioners – passes issued based on ASCO pass and valid ID card
Note: Passengers caught on a public transportation vehicle without a valid pass and those who use public transportation units inappropriately would be sanctioned according to Hot.nr. 464/25.09.2002 of the Council of City Oradea.
Paper tickets (purchased at any of the designated Kiosks or Ticket Vendor Machines) must be validated at the devices installed for this purpose immediately after boarding the vehicle.
Paper ticket entitles one to travel without interruption only on a vehicle where the ticket has been validated.
Validated paper tickets, passes and ASCO IDs are non transferable.
Discounts of the OTL SA.:
– Student discount – 50% applicable only to passes, issued upon valid student identification card or other document issued by the any accredited institution valid for the target year.
– Blood donor discount – 50% applicable only for monthly passes according to Hot . nr.1364/04.10.2006 Act nr.282/2005. The monthly pass should be purchased within 2 months from the date of donation. If donor already possesses a pass for the month at the date of donation it would be used up to expiry then purchase the discount pass for the next month.
Donors should be present the following documents:
- Certificate of donation of blood (original and copy) that must include medical seal, signature and stamp of the health unit where the donation took place.
– Personal identification card (the original).

   Rate of transport titles available:

     Passes and two trip tickets can be purchased at the designated Kiosks of OTL SA.

Tickets can be purchased from Ticket Vendor Machines and at any third-party retail location.
