Starting from April 17, 2026, the provider of the 24pay app will temporarily suspend the ticket payment service until April 30, 2026. The reasons given are technical.
During the suspension period, users are asked to use alternative ticket purchase methods: BCR POS terminals on public transport vehicles, RoPay, SMS, and physical tickets.
