Starting Friday, May 22, 2026, public transport circulation in the municipality of Oradea will be reorganized due to the construction works for the underground passages in the Gara Centrală and Magazinul Crișul areas.

Starting on the same date, the new T8 bus line will be introduced, operating on the following route:

Stops used: Pc. Olosig, Palatul Baroc, str. Roman Ciorogariu nr. 18, George Enescu 27, Emanuil Gojdu.

Return: Emanuil Gojdu – str. George Enescu – str. Mihai Eminescu – P-ța Ion Creangă – B-dul Dacia – Pc. Olosig.
Stops used: Emanuil Gojdu, str. George Enescu nr. 28, Pc. Traian nr. 10 (Judecătoria Oradea), str. Mihai Eminescu nr. 25 (Camera de Comerț), Palatul Baroc, Pc. Olosig.

Tram circulation will operate as follows:

From the Ioșia terminal, where transport will be provided in two directions, the following routes and schedules will be modified:

Line 2
Trams will operate from 04:45 to 22:45 at 30-minute intervals on the route:
Ioșia - Calea Aradului - P-ța Unirii - Casa de Cultură - Dimitrie Cantemir - Universitatea Oradea – Aviatorilor - Ioșia.

Line 8
Trams will operate from 05:00 to 22:30 at 30-minute intervals on the route:
Ioșia - Calea Aradului - Biserica Emanuel – Pc. Olosig - Pod CFR and return.

The following tram lines will operate on these routes:

Line 4
Optimized route: Nufărul – Dimitrie Cantemir – Casa de Cultură – P-ța Unirii – Biserica Emanuel – Olosig – Pod CFR and return.

Lines 5, 6 and 7 will maintain their current schedules and routes.

Line 9
Will provide the connection to the industrial area on the route:
Pod CFR – Sinteza (former Line 8), while maintaining the same operating schedules.

Traffic on Lines 1 and 3 will be suspended for the duration of the works.
