1. Organizer
The campaign is organized by Oradea Transport Local S.A.
2. Eligibility
Students in grades 1–12 enrolled in educational institutions in Oradea who hold an active personalized OTL travel card (student pass type) are eligible to participate.
3. Participation Validation Conditions

The student must validate their OTL card every time they board a vehicle.

Each correct validation recorded in the OTL digital system represents one entry into the prize draw.

Only students who have completed validations during the calendar month prior to the draw are eligible.
4. Prize Draw Mechanism

The prize draw will take place monthly through an electronic platform, using the unique serial numbers of the cards that meet the validation criteria.

The draw will be supervised by a monitoring committee composed of three members.

The draw results will be published on the official OTL SA Facebook page, on the website https://www.otl.ro, and in the local media.
5. Prizes
The following prizes will be awarded:

Grand Prize – 1 set of APPLE AirPods Pro headphones

3 Secondary Prizes – A tour of the Municipality of Oradea by tourist bus for the winners’ class
6. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with OTL SA’s data protection policy (GDPR). The identification of winners will be carried out by matching the card serial number with the internal subscriber database.
